LLM Integration

We have built a production-grade LLM integration platform as a working reference for the kind of AI-powered automation we can deliver for clients. The implementation is a fully automated email processing pipeline: incoming emails are read from a Microsoft 365 inbox via Microsoft Graph, analysed by GPT-4o, and the structured results — intent, priority, sentiment, confidence score, and extracted entity names — are stored via an OData API and delivered as Adaptive Card notifications to a Microsoft Teams channel.

Attachments are handled by a Tesseract OCR service running in Docker. Any email where the model's confidence falls below threshold is flagged for human review rather than processed automatically. The pipeline runs on Azure Durable Functions with .NET 10 and is orchestrated locally with .NET Aspire.
